             - 蒜茸 1 湯匙 
 
             - 油 2 湯匙 
 
            
     
      調味料             
              
                - 
                  
                    
                    醬油 4 至 5 湯匙
                    
                   
                 
                - 
                  
                    
                    醋 1 湯匙
                    
                   
                 
                - 
                  
                    
                    糖 2 湯匙

                    麻油 2 湯匙

                    鷄粉 1 茶匙或鹽 ½ 茶匙

        - 1/2 lbs Korean Style Starch Noodle (Vermicelle Coreen).
 
        - 10-12 Cups Hot Water in a pot.
 
        - 3 oz. Carrot  - julienned.
 
        - 3 oz. Onion - julienned.
 
      - 1 Tbsp Garlic - minced.
 
      - 2 Tbsp Oil.
 
       
      Seasoning 
      
        - 4-5 Tbsp Soy sauce.
 
        - 1 Tbsp Vinegar.
 
        - 2 Tbsp Sugar.
 
        - 2 Tbsp Sesame oil.
 
      - 1 tsp Chicken Essense or 1/2 tsp salt.

        - 
           把麵條放入一鍋熱滾水中 ,待再滾後  ,用中慢火約煑5分鐘 , 再用冷水沖洗掠乾待用 
        
 
        - 
          熱鍋下油 2 湯匙, 加入蒜茸,紅蘿蔔絛及洋葱絲,炒約 1 分鐘 
        
 
        - 
          調味料混合拌勻待用 
        
 
        - 
          下麵條回鍋中,用中火煮熱,放入調味料拌勻, 即可享用

        - Put noodle into boiling water and let boil for about 5 mins. Rinse in cold water and drained.
 
        - Add 2 Tbsp oil onto hot pan; add garlic, julienned carrot and onion; stir-fry for 1 min.
 
      - Mix well the  Seasoning  items; set aside.
 
      - Put noodle onto hot pan at mid-heat; Add seasoning mox; Stir gently. ENJOY.
